OUR MANAGING PARTNER

Prof. Dr. DHANISWARA K.HARJONO, S.H., M.H., M.B.A., CPCD.

Introduction

Prof. Dr. Dhaniswara K. Harjono, S.H., M.H., M.B.A., CPCD, born in Jakarta, October 26, 1960, is a Chancellor of the Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI) for the period 2018-2022 and a Legal Practitioner (Advocate) who is also the founder of DHP Law Firm, as well as Business Practitioners.

With the many achievements he has obtained, it does not make his steps stop here. In 2006 the Center for Indonesian Law and Business Development (PPHBI) was established. This is motivated by his desire to provide clear, systematic, and measurable education to law graduates and the business community who want to develop skills and obtain the latest information in the world of business law.

The knowledge and experience he has gained in the field of law and business, he wrote in several books include Understanding Business Law for Entrepreneurs (Publisher: Rajawali Pers – 2006), Investment Law (Publisher: Rajawali Pers – 2006), Hukum Penanaman Modal (Publisher : Rajawali Pers – 2007), Pembaruan Hukum Perseroan Terbatas (Publisher: PPHBI – 2008), Aspek Hukum Perjanjian Dalam Bisnis (Publisher: PPHBI – 2009), Hukum Pembiayaan Perumahan (Publisher : PPHBI – 2009), Problematika Hukum Dibidang Bisnis dan Korporasi (Publisher : PPHBI – 2010), Hukum Perlindungan Konsumen (Publisher : PPHBI – 2011), Hukum Penanaman Modal Edisi Revisi I (Publisher : PPHBI – 2012) dan Hukum Properti (Publisher : UKI Press dan Rajawali Press – 2019).

Having developed his legal knowledge and sharpened his skills in DHP Law Firm, Andrew Betlehn is also active in various entrepreneurs’ organisations, as well as conducting lectures in a few private universities. Pursuing those activities have equipped Andrew Betlehn with the necessary qualities required to be a legal consultant that has a firm grasp of understanding on the business world while maintaining his knowledge through teaching.

JECKY TENGENS, S.H., M.Sc.

Jecky is an experienced lawyer who focuses his practice on litigation and Non-litigation matters. He also has written a number of legal articles, columns, and actively involved as a speaker at seminars and courses with subject of Criminal Law, Child Protection issue, Legal aid and law enforcement issue.

ANASTASIA NATHANIA, S.H., M.H., M.Kn.

She has more than 10 years of experience in handling litigation and non-litigation cases and active in non-profit organizations.
